An international meeting place for ballet.

ROLE — Artistic Director · Producer · Choreographer

ARTISTIC OBJECTIVE — Bring exceptional artists and adventurous choreography together in a festival that sparks discovery and expands audiences’ sense of what ballet can be.

SCOPE — Moscow and Novosibirsk, with artists from Russia, Europe, and the United States, including the Het National, Kibbutz, Preljocaj, Random, Trocadero, Bolshoi, Mariinsky, Stuttgart Ballet, Rambert, and Complexions.

REALIZATION — Shaped the festival’s artistic identity, curated programs, invited artists and companies, and brought performances to the stage with exacting artistic standards.

International Classical and Contemporary Ballet Program

ROLE — Artistic Director · Producer · Choreographer

ARTISTIC OBJECTIVE —To bring together distinctive performers and choreographic voices in a shared program of contemporary ballet — connecting different artistic traditions through live performance.

SCOPE — First presented at Moscow’s Novaya Opera Theatre in 2008, followed by performances in Sofia, Bratislava, Budapest and Prague.

REALIZATION — Artistic direction and production of the program, from its Moscow debut to its development as an international touring project.
