Selected to work and study with Jiří Kylián’s Nederlands Dans Theater, becoming the first Russian dancer selected for this experience.

The encounter with Kylián’s artistic environment became a major influence on Dmitrievsky’s later understanding of contemporary movement, musical structure, theatrical space and choreographic composition.

Dmitrievsky teaches classical ballet, contemporary and modern dance, movement, stage presence and professional yoga/conditioning for ballet dancers.

His teaching is based on strong classical technique combined with movement intelligence, musicality, dramatic intention and stylistic versatility.

He has extensive practical knowledge of Graham, Horton, Matt Mattox-based jazz technique and the movement principles of Paul Taylor.

He is also the creator of Stage GURU, a professional educational program for directors, choreographers and artistic leaders covering the complete development of a stage production — from concept, dramaturgy and repertory planning to scenography, music, lighting, production management, technical realization, marketing and premiere.
